Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1/3 cup gluten free flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp coconut sugar
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut oil
3-5 tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a mixing bowl, cream together milk, coconut sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and melted coconut oil.
Add in the oat flour, gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and mix together to form dough. Stir in chocolate chips until they start to melt and dough has chocolate swirl.
With a spoon, form cookies and bake for 6-7 minutes. take out when still underdone - they'll continue to cook while cooling. Cool on rack before enjoying!
